Training Plans | 6 Plans to suit your needs
Choose the plan that best suits your needs You can choose the daily, mid-week, monthly or annual plan. All the plans are designed following the methodology devised by Alberto Puig.
Plans do not include compulsory residence, it is an extra service to be chosen.
Monthly Plan
Comprehensive programme lasting one month of the year (to be chosen) which includes training, theoretical lessons of mechanics, mentoring, nutrition, physiotherapy and osteopathy sessions.
Quarterly Plan
Comprehensive programme lasting one quarter of the year (to be chosen) which includes training, schooling, mentoring, nutrition and physiotherapy service.
Full Week Plan
This program lasts 6 days (7 nights of stay), with entry and exit any day of the week*. You can book this program per weeks that includes: 12h motorbike training, 4h bicycle training program, 4h of specific lessons, 4h of gym, 2h of physiotherapy sessions, mentoring, nutrition and osteopathy sessions if needed.
Half Week Plan
This programme lasts 2 or 3 days (2 nights stay) with three training days per week (working days, not include weekends), in small groups or individualized. Our coaches carry out a skills assessment with all the drivers at the beginning of the programme in order to design a personalized training. This plan includes: 6h motorbike training, 4h of bicycle training, 2h of gym, 1h of physiotherapy session and osteopathy session if needed.
Total Weekend Plan
An intense programme planned for 2 or 3 days (2 nights stay) with three training days per week, in small groups or individualized. Our coaches carry out a skills assessment with all riders at the beginning of the programme in order to design a personalized training. This plan includes: 6h motorbike training, 4h of bicycle training, 2h of gym, 1h of physiotherapy session and osteopathy session if needed.
Daily Plan
One-day training including technical sessions without accommodation or mentoring.
